Booking plus admin
The product needed to feel premium on the front end while still handling service logic, staff operations, and payments correctly.
I split the product into focused surfaces for marketing, booking, checkout, and admin operations so each flow could stay commercially clear without making the system feel fragmented.
That let the customer-facing path stay premium and lightweight while the operational side handled pricing, schedule state, and team visibility.
The architecture keeps customer-facing booking simple while the backend coordinates pricing, order state, and Stripe webhook confirmation.
This separation reduces operational ambiguity: customer intent stays clean, while the admin surfaces preserve the state and payment context the business needs.
This project is a good example of pairing brand sensitivity with operational implementation discipline instead of treating those as separate concerns.
The product decisions focused on reducing friction at each commercial handoff: service selection, booking confirmation, payment trust, and downstream admin handling.
Dynamic pricing tied directly to the booking flow
Webhook-confirmed payments that keep order state trustworthy
Role-gated admin handling for the operational side of the business
A stronger combined story across brand, conversion, and internal workflow
